Siabod Longhouse Bunkhouse has been up and running since 2005.
Situated in the heart of Snowdonia National Park with good access by road, the Longhouse cottage is picturesquely built of thick stone walls with a slate roof.
It is attached to the former Quarry Manager's House & quarry hospital, and is situated in a very beautiful, wooded valley with the Afon Llugwy river flowing by at the bottom of the garden.
Moel Siabod is the dominating local mountain, with its ascending track starting just opposite the bunkhouse.
The bunkhouse has a fantastic riverside location, and offers excellent access to the mountains of the region.
It is a wonderful base for an outdoor activity break, and is also ideally situated to explore North Wales and Anglesey.
The Siabod Longhouse Bunkhouse is open all year round.
Graham & Wenna Chidlow purchased the property it in June 2007 refurbishing it to the present high standard of accommodation.
The main house “ Ty Pont Cyfyng” also offers Bed and Breakfast .
